Fishing With Us

Here's what you need to know...

Raygill offers top quality fishing in our beautiful surroundings. Course, fly and pike fishing options are available to suit your needs across three peaceful lakes as well as private hire and match bookings. Night fishing also available.

The great outdoors is often unpredictable so please dress appropriately! Out in the countryside our pathways can be muddy, slippery and uneven depending on the weather. Free parking and bathroom facilities provided. We welcome well behaved dogs on leads. Please read our customer notices below prior to booking.

We're pretty simple when it comes to booking, just send us an email, facebook message or call Amanda between 5-8PM with your dates, times and what type of fishing you'd like to book.

Polite requests for our valued customers

Please help us take care of Raygill's wildlife and natural beauty by respecting the below polite notices:

  • Don't forget your rod license! Bailiffs regularly undertake checks in the vicinity and we don't want you to be caught short.

  • Please take all litter home with you, including discarded line. We ask this to keep prices down. If possible please bring a bin bag with you to ensure nothing is left behind.

  • Bring your own landing net.

  • Please use barbless hooks, and do not bring live bait.

  • No spectators or unaccompanied children (adults accompanying children are welcome).

  • Please do not use portable barbecues or light fires - they damage the ground and could lead to an environmental fire.

  • Please don't lift fish too far from the water, some of our species are easily injured by oxygen deprivation. If you'd like to hold on to your catch to show a friend or take a photo, we recommend you keep them in the landing net until you're ready to do so.

  • Please be kind to our fish! Any patrons caught being deliberately disrespectful to our environment may be held liable for damages and be asked to leave the premises.

Have a query about our facilities? Please don't hesitate to get in touch via email, phone or Facebook.
